Lord Thomas first appeared in S01-E06 Episode The Garrison Commander. He was charming to Claire and rude to Dougal, going so far as to comment on how highlanders don't wear anything under their kilt (insulting), and how impossible it is to understand anything they say. Dougal returns with, "If you wish to hear London-speak, ye should stay in London!" which didn't go over so well. Lord Thomas was very proud of his claret and didn't like the dust in the air when Jack Randall came into the room. Don't know if he'll be a recurring character, but maybe.
